In 1977 we started to build a new plant in Richmond, Utah. In 1979 we sold the Logan plant building along with the Creamie portion of the business and moved the business to a new plant in Richmond, Utah. We were able to use a continuous freeze system to make the Casco's and Fatboy's. We also installed a nitrogen system to help freeze the bars faster so they could produce more bars per minute. The business is now managed by the third generation grandsons of Casper.
